It is a no brainer that Tesla will set up at least 1 battery plant, 1 assembly plant and possibly directly invloved with Lithium/graphite processing plants for battery materials.
Tesla needs to expand continuously to meet the 2030 target. Ontario and Quebec both make good sense, near raw materials. The Power grid in both povinces is stable and 70% or higher 0 emission. Both Ontario and Quebec have the infrastucture in place right now to handle these manufacturing plants to be built and sustained.
This is histroy repeating this time for the EV market, It is going to be huge. NMG should have no troubles in the coming years secruing financing and off-take aggreements.
