When you say 'from what I see maintenance is strong', you're implying that you know something about the maintenance side of the business... when there are multiple facilities and no 'numbers' are coming out of any of these places other than for the quarterly reports.

More contracts coming our way? I could say that because eventually there will be new buyers.

Do you care to clarify your comments? ... or are you just optimistic and like to post this kind of stuff once every few days?  (You've been posting stuff like this for years now)
