RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Massive disappointment here.Agreed.  It would be nice to know how much transport infrastructure money has made it to the distribution phase and if other companies in the same business (basically, cameras and software support) are materially benefitting. 

To me, it looks like major systems don't want to invest in upgrades until they see ridership numbers increase substantially, regardless of whether the funding is available to them or not.  And then the question becomes, at what point do they reach "use it or lose it" conditions?

We've heard dribs and drabs on these issues but I wonder if a comprehensive overview has been attempted by an investment firm?
