Why would the party who bought at $15 willingly tank the stock because they're a few dollars under the entry price less than two months after the closing? If they know the stock is beta sensitive they would be even less inclined to do this because just selling a portion of their holdings would create a downward trajectory on the bulk which they still own. This would then create FUD with other shareholders and exacerbate it even more. It doesn't seem like something a rational actor would do.
