There is no debate as to whether the insiders are selling or not. It is a mater of public record that they are not. And yes there has always been a lot of short sellers and traders in this stock. Until they ban naked shorting like they have in other countries you will get more than usual stock manipulation, especially in micro stocks.

While you ssy the insiders may not be selling any shares, someone sure is playing the pump, push, blow, short game again. All you have to do is superimpose the daily stock price closes with the short report data.
