RE:Petroteq & ValkorThey have an office near Houston Tx. that is in an industrial strip mall.    You can google them and find the address and look it up on Google Maps and see if you think it is legit.

I doubt they have the $100M risk capital to build a plant,   nor do they have the means to raise that amount of capital for unproven teck.
