Well Snowline has been very transparent and given investors very up to date information. They have told us in the most recent news release (see below) that ongoing drilling has encountered similar mineralization visually to what they got in holes 5 and 7 so I'm confident that this deposit will continue to deliver. We know we are onto a monster world class gold discovery.
It's definitely a very large high quality intrusion related gold deposit that will most likely contain at least 10 million ounces in the high grade core that could possibly average 2 g/t or higher. And the lower grade halo could possibly contain much more than 10 million ounces with an average grade of around 0.5 g/t or better. Comparing this to Fort Knox that began mining decades ago with an average grade less than 1 g/t and is currently mining at an average grade of only 0.3 g/t. I would say the Valley deposit is the Fort Knox deposit on steroids. It's much larger (at least double the number of ounces) and much higher grade.
EXPLORATION UPDATE
Ongoing drilling at Snowline's Valley Zone has encountered additional long intervals of high-density sheeted quartz veins, similar in character to that encountered in holes V-22-005 and V-22-007 (331.3 m @ 1.03 g/t Au including 192.0 m @ 1.52 g/t Au, and 282.9 m @ 2.30 g/t Au including 146.0 m @ 3.24 g/t Au, respectively; see Snowline news release dated August 24, 2022), and similar in character to other holes for which assays have yet to be received (Figure 2).
