Board responsibility

Board responsibility You guys know that a company board is legally responsible to the company and not to the shareholders, right? It's not Akiba's job to lift the share price; it's his job to run the company as best as he knows how to (in good faith). The price is then discovered in the market. There are a million things that can affect SP, not least of which is just pure dumb unexplainable randomness. Not every SP movement has an explanation. Instead of watching the ticker and yelling at clouds, try reading a couple of books by Nicholas Nassim Taleb for a bit of a sanity check. His writings are food for the soul to us speculators. That said, it goes without saying that if, e.g, we see big drop two days before bad news is announced, or similar, then you can count on me joining you in the yelling.
