And yes I want every retail shareholder to be scared and selThe more they sell, the lower the price will be for the PP, the more shares and warrants I get. You guys are damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you don't sell at $1.00, someone else will. Then someone will sell at $0.90. And you lose even more than if you had sold at $1.00 in the first place. If you do sell, it creates a bigger backlog of sell orders at $0.90, and then it goes to $0.75. It's called a death spiral financing. Look it up. PKK isn't in a bad financial state to need death spiral financing, but the company has put itself into this position because of the timing and size of the order.

Welcome to the Venture when it isn't a bull market. Some of you might just choose to ride out the wave at this point. It will get ugly. Oh, tax loss selling season is coming up too.
