RE:Pull That Rabbit 🐇 Out of The Hat NowI sense the market knows the financing is coming and given that he sold most his shares at around $0.38, its hard to justify a valuation for a new round of financing when the CEO has no skin in the game - I am wondering if he was unloading what remains so that he can participate in the financing. He has over-promised, under delivered, and has been part of shady techniques to promote this stock that the BCSC caught them (and a few others on). He does have a knack for getting some names involved in either FameDays or for white labels of ImagineAR using stock options, but we never see much revenue come from these. A real CEO wpould have done a financing at a much higher price 2 years ago rather than take the opportunity to profit themselves by selling their shares. Thats what makes the difference in this game, his greed over the best interests of shareholders. With the market now in major correction and pain being anticipated for the next 2 years, micro caps will get hit hardest and many won't survive. Not sure how ImagineAR will fare in this market rout once it continues....and the next financing will be exteremely dilutive and will lilely require a reverse split as well....Maybe he has one more rabbit in his hat but these days it doesn't even seem he is present...
