RekorI'm amazed by the rise in Rekor over the past few days. Currently at $1.28 (up 5 cents today).
- Q2 featured an operating loss of $15.5 million on sales of $4.3 million
- G&A expenses of $8.3 million were almost twice sales
- no particular reason to believe Q3 will be meaningfully better
- cash at end of Q2 of only $14 million - i.e., less than the Q2 loss
- two senior executives have recently departed:
(1) CEO of subsidiary Waycare on August 20 (voluntarily forfeiting 170,189 RSUs)
(2) COO of Rekor on September 30
Beats me why it's trading for more than 2 cents per share.
