What I was saying is that they needed cash now, that just seems like a fact, and that long term it will take care of itself. It's obvious math that by waiting they could either raise more at a higher price or raise the same with fewer shares but the dilution now is still not any worry.

But who is filling these PP's? I know it's not me and we know a portion is insiders so who benefits by doing them at this level? It's naive to think otherwise and I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it either, that is the way of the world.

With all your warrant calculations you are forgetting one thing - we are very close to getting meaningful updates which could make 'manipulation' irrelevant. I guess my point was we don't need to see a bogeyman around every corner and remember that this entire scenario depends on one thing - results. If or when they are stellar and the appropriate approvals are granted then PP's, warrants, 4 month holds etc. mean absolutely nothing.

Just my opinion.

"Third, if the PP's are filled by insiders and 'friends' why in the world would they wait until the price is higher, "

1.  if the PP was done with a much higher selling price possibly after announcing the BTD application would have been at a much higher price resulting in more capital for the company.
2.  The PP was announced at $0.25 possibly by vested interests of the company that I do not really get.
3.  I would like to assume that anyone who owns 100,000 shares of TLT will sell their share at the current market price of $0.26 per share and at the same time purchase through the private placement at 0.25/Share plus a warrant that they can sell after 4 months of closing.
4.  I agree the price of share and warrants may wary.
5, The warrants for some reason have been trading at about 50 to 65% of the share price.  If I were the buyer, I  would sell the warrant for around .13 cents and keep only shares that would bring my share cost price down to close to $ .12 cents.  I can sell the shares at any price over that and still retain a profit.
Please explain how this would not lead to market manipulation encouraged by the management at the same time..
6.  Do you sincerely believe if the PP was done at much higher price after the BTD application that the company would have LESS  funds at their disposal?

Also Guys,

The total float of Shares/Warrants is ~ 320Mil. So the float hasn't changed much, yet it gives them a year + of operating capital. Which does assume at least some warrants coming in during that time so they can afford GLP and small Canadian based Phase 1(s)
