Biden could have ordered the so-called administrative review almost 2 years ago but chose to do it before mid-terms. The review process could take up to 2 years and of course, election 2024 could change things. Also, apparently there is no one in federal prison for simple marijuana possession, so a big of a red herring or some would say political theatre. The hype from yesterday will evaporate but at least we'll have a good bump up in SP in the short term and possibly, a very small incremental uptrend from then on.
