Kakwa is a condensate-rich and high-deliverability natural gas play with top-tier development opportunities. Its operations in northeast British Columbia are located near Dawson Creek and the region includes Greater Dawson, Sunrise, Attachie, and Septimus and Sundown. The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

Analyst Comment

Not sure why anyone would call him about energy as he doesn't like the sector. For example, he said the same thing about CVE and SU. In the case of CVE, he didn't like it a year ago when it was $15.00. GLTA

There's downside risk to oil to below $80/barrel. A global or North American recession will pressure oil. They don't pay a good enough dividend; he prefers dividend stocks in this environment.
