RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Out of money and no optionsYou say you bring facts but they are very twisted and one sided.
I could go back for weeks but just today you mentioned how much CloudMD paid for the clinics and how much they lost on the deal. That is not accurate. DOC paid with little cash and a lot of shares that at the time were very expensive. If you give the sale, todays stock valuation you would see that they made money. They paid little cash on the purchase and got 100% cash back on the sale. So you blame Karen and you blame Essam for that without knowing why Essam purchased the clinics in the first place. He did it to get his revenue up. So why did he need the revenue up. He needed the revenue up so he could do a financing. Because his revenue were going up at the time he was able to raise over $40 million at $2.40 per share in 2020. Thats why DOC has so much cash today. Now does buying those clinics for expensive shares look like a bad idea. And now not only did DOC do a huge financing but now they are getting $5.75 million more during a recession. Plus Essam is no dummy. He cashed in a lot of shares at those high prices. You are a little slow cook! He is not.
But lastly remember that Karen is not selling the clinics to raise money. She is trying to turn this company around by unloading the assets that are not making money!
We are large shareholders in WELL also and WELL feels that they can intergrate the 3 clinics with their existing clinics and turn them into a profitable venture. But that is not a sure thing for them either and now WELL has almost $6 million less in cash during a time that cash is difficult to raise. So I hope that WELL turns profitable fast or they may regret this aquasition.
Today you called Karen a complete moron. You said that she is scrambling and she is totaly incompetant and you said that WELL is picking CloudMD apart.  ALL FALSE STATEMENTS. You should put out a public apology to her or resign yourself from this board. Hockey Canada can show you how to leave.
