Lower highs & lower lowsTechnicals (MACD signal line crossing below the average, falling 50 & 200 DMAs, etc...) are telling shareholders that Eric has more nasty suprises for shareholders when Q1 numbers are released. Hard to believe they could do worse than last quarter but with these guys everything bad is possible. Here's some likely things we will see
- Catastrophic currency losses. Wild's rookie CEO & CFO have done nothing to protect their exposures to curreny swings (both USD and GBP). These losses are going to blow a massive hole in the balance sheet and income statement.
- Explosion higher of net debt. The meager cash flows they are generateing are going ot be overwhelmed by the increase in net debt. They are going to be back to 2018 levels with their debt ratios. Prepare for a debt restructuring with massive dilution (if they survive). Any way you slice this, current shareholders are going to be wiped out
This ahole CEO and incompetant BOD have no idea how to create value. They have overspent at the worst possible time in history and rather than grow they are going backwards. All the deals they announce cost 2x of the EBITDA the revenues generate and we are all effed because of it!
