For 50c price, we need 3c EPS. Looking at first half of year, EPS is not going to b more than 0.5c for full year. Stock already has 40 P/E based on 12 months trailing EPS. I don't think 22Q3 will b substantially better than 22Q2. Top line is getting better but bottom line not. Company has to absorb about 200k additional payout to 2 new hires. 

One way company can get in mid to high 30s is aggressively buying back the shares under NCIB. 

I don't know what better use company has in mind for available cash. By spending $1M on buying back & pushing the price in high 30s, company will bring 10M warrants covertable at 35c in money & can get 3.5M new cash.
