RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:insiders buying and selling..oops not buyingIt is being done because his options expire in November 2022. 


He sells shares, uses the proceeds to exercise his options, pays the tax on his profit, and in the result he gets MORE shares.



I would be doing the same thing.
