build H2 plant -billions upon billions 
build new pellet furnace -billions
Use massive amounts of electricity to produce H2 just to plumb it to neighbouring pelletization furnace?  More billions

or you could just use the existing infrastructure and swap out bunker c for plasma
hmmmm

for a guy that brags about economics I'm surprised you support the most expensive conversion possible.
