You could ask two simple questions: 1) Why does the DR Govt NOT follow its own Mining Laws? 2) How much longer will you be breaking your own Mining Laws by continuing to hold Canadian Mining Company Goldquest hostage by not approving the permit they are legally entitled to under your laws?
