CAN YOU SAY PUMP and DUMP? They are trying againI remember when CHALF was $00 .12 before it did its last 23 shares become 1, reverse split. Essentially, 22 of those pre-reverse split shares have now evaporated like a bad Midas smell in the wind. Don't think a reverse split can't happen!!! This is a last chance to unload shares.
