Biden Plans To Refill The SPR When Oil Prices Fall Below $72

Biden Plans To Refill The SPR When Oil Prices Fall Below $72Biden believes that Oil will head lower between $65 - $75 and $75 is where I put Oil by years end and we came close hitting $76,  here is the game, some are calling for $100 Oil, and myself $95 when bullish due strictly to cutting production and then on the low end $65 is based on the economy collapsing to recessionary levels but the rise on Oil is left to the traders to decide where Oil will head choosing between Recession vs Production Cuts but before we get there I'm on the lower end for Oil heading back into $75 by years end. We could be stuck in the $80+ but next week there is basically no US market-sensitive data being released till Thursday when we get GDP and Durable Goods so this lack of economic negative data could give rise to Oil as we get closer to Nov
