I've no doubt GSI will get the contract but SEPTA will take it's own sweet time to announce it. When it appears on the docket,- after all other relevant priorities have been dealt with, then Septa will announce. I've seen this happen too many times before. SEPTA's business agenda doesn't run to GSI shareholder's drumbeat. If it did, I'd say SEPTA management truly has lost their marbles. Lol
