Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Simply "irrelevant".

As I posted earlier, an all cash acquisition of Biohaven by Pfizer followed by Biohaven's capital raise in its capacity as a subsidiary of Pfizer, may be a model that is followed for future Pfizer acquisitions.
