Even with cash Art could always us more to speed up his program and I would think cash would be worth more now as opposed to the future months when Trillion is cahsflow generating.
Art has talked about a dividend and might be trying to boost the cash position to help with this...not saying that he is going to but he has talked about it....and I my thought on paying a dividend would be to target the warrants that were recently issued at the $0.50 exercise price to get exercised.
