In this clip, we hear his positive slant towards the issuance of the permits, along with the International pressures.
What we do not hear is the name Goldquest, or any other for that matter.
I hope you find the whole vid, though I suspect whoever cut this clip would have highlighted the portion containing any mention of our beleaguered company.
But as mentioned, we are close.
