mrmoribund, there are similarities to Apple. You are absolutely right that infringement still stands if only one of 100 claims is asserted. I didn't read the docs in the same negative light as she did. Cetus may be a wild card. As you say, we'll find out in the Q4 results...assuming Wilan is still a QTRH sub at that time.
