RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bakker & Gamely
Hi, working out of town and busy. Warrants are a perk to sweeten the pot. I believe their last pp never included warrants as they become shares and dilute the float. This time they have given out full warrants not half warrants that become shares at 80 cents when exercised. Two years to wait and decide if you want to exercise your free warrants at 80 cents. If it never goes over 80 cents you may never convert them to shares. Or if it is trading at $2 before 2 years you just made $1.20 per warrant upon paying the 80 cent exercise price and owning double the number of shares you purchased in the pp @ 66 cents. I was told that Baker was buying $250k worth of pp units and Rob $100k worth. Each unit consists of 1 share and 1 warrant so 8 million units dilute the float by 16 million shares outstanding upon conversion or execution. I believe you can even buy warrants only? I only read it once?
