RE:napkin #2Would be a good argument as to why Newmont would like GP as a partner. Plug n play those kinda numbers into thier spreadsheets and they can see that picture. GP has done much bigger projects and has history with the players, they know him and we can be sure they are watching him and what's going on with the potential on this one......and really only started.
when a guy of his stature says " it's simple" and lays it out as he sees it, I am sure many look an in disbelief that this could have been missed ...10 % of a 70 strike zone mined at two locations 6 km apart pulling out some 14 mil oz in those 6 or 7 km and no one has done any significant homework on what's north or south of those two locations since when ? I think Giant goes back to 1935 and con I think even earlier. They had it so good no one bothered to look beyound in any significant way....it really is unbelievable.....until now.
I think ( and just my guess) he comes up with the money that he needs to do his program. My question, is in these times. what does someone want today to give him what he wants to proceed tomorrow? And will he give it to them? He has a heck of a poker face, knows his cards like no other and time is on his side....it's a great place to be as a Jr....potential exists here to be one of the biggest mine stories in recent Canadian mining history. We are lucky to have him and I am waiting it out with him and his team.
