The claims which include the Buckeye Silver mines are comprised of three non-contiguous patent mining claims, totaling 47.89 acres, leased in one agreement to the Company. These patents are the Buckeye of 15.49 acres, the Newton of 16.69 acres, and the Red Robin of 15.71 acres. The Washington Mine property, located in Boise County, Idaho, United States, consists of 118.88 acres of patented land. Its mineral properties include Black Diamond Property, Nevada Property, New Arizona Property, and Mill Property.

RE:RE:RE:Filing SNAFU:The old style business model is one I fully embrace.  I believe they have raised more money than is their market cap, have a functioning processing site and now have reported high grade gold and palladium in their silver rich ore.  SBM's market cap was 2 - 3X higher not too long ago with much less certainty.  I could understand the selling if silver and silver producers stocks were roaring as they would sell the high risk one to invest in the low risk silver play.  For the most part, mining stocks have done nothing for the last four months.
