Why is the share price lower ?

Why is the share price lower ?Well the business trip was certainly more successful than GSI's share price. Can't believe it retraced back to 20 cents ! Thought 24/25 would hold.
No news then ?
No news means nothing happening, it's not rocket science.

Was reading about some company 'Ginger Beef' yes interesting name. Anyway going private. Shareholders aren't happy they wanted 40 cents not the 25 cents offered. Company got an external backer. Hope that doesn't happen here !
