I have no idea who is buying and selling but I am thinking the sales are for capturing tax losses and perhaps the buyers are a different fund. For all I know it could be in the same fund family or perhaps a different one that has an agreement to sell some its losers to the fund buying Quisitive. Scratching each other's backs. Pure speculation on my part.
