You are right, yet one more misleading item. From their AGM, there are only two "Board of Director" members, Andre and Michel, plus Aurelio....sounds pretty objective and a solid representation for shareholders (not!).

Dr. Sampalis, sadly, passed away years ago. I believe Mr. Bertrand handed his resignation in 2017 or 2018, yet they both are still listed....smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors....
