RE:RE:Namibia newsIf they win their license back, and it certainly looks like the court is being given a clear runway to do so, does the company have a case to sue the ministry for lost time and expenses for this criminal act perpetrated on them?
Just dosn't seem fair that a few corrupt officials can set a companies progress back years, then the gov'mt say we're sorry and just walk away.. Somebody should be held financially responsible.
