The analyst are just annoyed that they didn't hear about the asset sales until after the conference call . And thus could not ask questions about how the proceeds will be used.
Artis is excellent value....
The markets love PMZ because their debt level is so low, and HR because of the quality of the assets. Samir will be successful at creating value. In the meantime... DRIP
