Still love the monthly newsletter. Looks like there will be several more before anything of note happens.

I'm glad you flagged the disconnect between $20m in gross income vs  a1 year payback on a $6m plant. Either something has changed or lots has not been said. One would be that Mwx owns 55% of the jv so is only entitled to $11m of that gross estimate. Another would be that I guess Mwx is paying for the plant costs in full. Maybe there are other costs not mentioned (likely the case) or this this not what it seems. 

I'll be waiting for the next newsletter to find out!
