RE:RE:VIQ Solutions has tons of upside, says Paradigm CapitalLong term debt : $7,827,511 ( down from $11,999,108 last year )

Mr. Rosenberg was right about his 2022 projection of roughly $45mil revenue and HOPE he is right on 2023 of $58.5mil . According to Mr.Rosenberg for VALUATION PERSPECTIVE VQS's EV/Sales multiple for 2022 to be 1.3 ( low end ) = roughly $80 mil CAN : 31 mil shares = $2.5 per share . If we do consensus projection of 1.4 or the projected peer group average of 5 times then number are bigger ...The bad news is VQS is STILL IN LOSS ...NOT in $1.8mil adjusted EBITDA as Mr.Rosenberg forcarted . I saw in finantial statement that ; Deficit ( 61,556,933 ) - I don't understand these deficit , can someone help me out ??? If it was LOSS accumulating over the years then it will be a good thing for a corp with big profit like Oil&Gas to buy VQS's loss to offset their big gain ??? I hope I m right on this one .
