RE:RE:RE:FMV 20% is 20%

RE:RE:RE:FMV 20% is 20%I am sorry FD... but when you sell a company you have to compare apples with apples. you have to adjust for market cap so we are all on the same page.. market cap is market cap. Today based upon the shares in each company AMK's portion would be closer to 15%. as Tudors float increases via PP's this percentage grows..

Lets take an example..

A buyer will buy all of TC for x amount of dollars times y amount of oz Au equalling z amount of dollars.

Let's assume that z equals 1 billion dollars just as an example for ease of understanding.

That dollar amount will be split as follows....

TUD: 60% or $600 million divided by 198.2 million shares = $3.02/Share

AMK: 20 % or $200 million divided by 442.8 million shares = .45/share

TUO : 20% or $200 million divided by 57.35 million shares = $3.49/ share. They haven't spun off tc yet so that would ONLY be for their share of TC. The rest of their properties would be over and above this.

Based upon Todays share count/share price AMK is 15% of TUD.. this increases as TUD dilutes but the slice of the overall pie will remain at 20% or 60/20/20 divided by share count thus an explanation of MCAP

hopefully this helps
