RE:RE:Kontrol Technologies Cancels 2022 Guidance, Sees Revenue Fal

RE:RE:Kontrol Technologies Cancels 2022 Guidance, Sees Revenue FalRogg, let's be clear, there is nothing "just like BC numbers", which were in billions...per year.

The funny thing about this one is that, unless I am misreading the newsrelease, at Q3 he said we will miss the entire year guidance but he didn't provide an estimate by how much.  Relatively speaking, it may not be much...worst case being $20 million if they implement nothing over 3 months, so "may not be much" assumes that they should have at least $10 million in sales.  But the biggest problem is that contracts seem to be executed at losses.  Extrapolating what happened in Q3, he would be giving up $3.5 million in gross margin profits on $10 million in sales and some.

Some pumpers on the other board tried to portray this as a good thing, as a loss leader for future business. I wonder how many years it would take to recover these $3.5 million through software monitoring. A decade or more?  No silver lining. Can't even take anything they say at face value anymore, even for their core business. No mention about that acquisition LOI.
