So, if potential investors are allowed to see the technology, process and metallurgical reports, why can't the current investors who actually own said assets? Just saying.

And, what portion of said cash injection will go to service the pending lawsuits in Canada and USA? It's very difficult for a government agency to use taxpayer coppers to fund a compnay with outstanding lawsuits and possible labour issues. The latter I'm not buying but has been mentioned in this forum. Just saying but then again the need to secure strategic metal production may force said agency to overlook these minor announces so long as the technology works. Lead into my next point ...

Funding is needed to "complete the pilot plant". Hmmmm. Where not quite there?
