If I take the current stock price, $0.075, less tthe strike price. $0.80, the difference is $0.725. The time premium can be valued at $0.005 to $0.015 per month till the strike date, April 2026, say 41 months. At $0.015 x 41 months = $0.63. Then you can add say $0.03 as the opportunity premium. Total $0.66, which is still below the $0.725 current price versus strike price.
The current warrant price $0.025, to me, corresponds to a current stock price of $0.14 in a neutral market environment. Current stock price has to rise say 90% to get to break even. So, buy the stock if you believe in it.
