RE:Next Annual Meeting - Election of Directors The BOD election sheet is sent out with the Annual Report around the end of the 1st Quarter. Elections are held during the Annual Meeting usually in May. I don't remember seeing a wrtie-in nomination section on the ballot sheet.

I don't think all current Directors are completely french speaking, but could be wrong.
