Port Arthur refinery If i read it correctly, the Port Arthur refinery restarted a week ago after being shut down since September. If this is the case, and it really processes 500k+ barrels of oil daily, it should have a significant, positive, effect on increasing demand going forward. With the current low inventory of diesel, i think this refinery should be able to run full out, chewing up millions of barrels each week. Who is making more oil so this situation doesn't cause oil inventories to drop? I'm an oil bull.
