Karen Adams has only 110,000 shares. She was also just given 700,000 options at a price that has not yet been disclosed but I assume will be between .20 and .25. The blackout period just ended this week so I would expect some insider buying to start anytime.

I think the reason they sold the Cloud Practice software is as a sweatner to get the deal done with WELL. It is important to know that the clinics that WELL bought were costing DOC money every quarter. Its not easy to sell that stuff without a sweatner in the deal. As for you comment on DOC having to pay a licencing fee. I dont think that they do. I think they get to use the product for free. Forever.
As for the 3rd part of your question I am not total sure of the answer.
