A Story

A Storylet's make up a story, let's say there was a few people that wanted to build a manufacturing facility. So they did. Now they needed to run product through this facility at an ever increasing flow. How to do this? I know we get permitting from the government for a pot processing facility but how to fast track this permitting. I know we apply for a public company listed on the CSE ( the exchange with almost no regulations ) and we sell pot beverages. Hmm the gov looks at this and says yup we are building an industry so go ahead build your facility and we will permitt it asap. So now these few people own a production facility and a public company but wait, that public company needs money to manufacture and sell their pot products so let us few people loan this public company some money under a term agreement. Good idea right, so once the pot product become known and has a brand name sales start to skyrocket. Oh but wait do we want this, a public company owning the big brand name but we the few where the ones that put all the money up? No of course not so how do we get it back. I know let's charge this public company all their profit margin to manufacture the pot products thereby they will be unable to pay us back when the term loan come due and we can scoop the company up for debt owing. How about this for a story, I wonder what a judge would do if a fiction like this came to his/her court. I think I know from case law the shareholders would win.
