Worth noticing

Worth noticingThunderbird is having a board fight. Voss capital is pushing out the current board and trying to put up a "for sale" board.

Hasbro is selling its eOne’s content library, its non-Hasbro scripted TV and film production business, the company’s interest in the eOne Canadian arm, and an unscripted TV studio that includes reality shows such as “Naked & Afraid.” (peppa pig is not included, so obvious)

The CEO said:“we received inbound interest from several parties for the part of the eOne television and film business that while valuable is not core to our go-forward strategy.”

If both of them are sold, we might have a better idea how to value WILD correctly based on the current market environment.
