Marimaca Copper Corp. is a Canada-based exploration and development company focused on base metal projects in Chile. The Company’s principal asset is the Marimaca Copper Project, located in the Antofagasta Region of northern Chile. The Marimaca Copper Project is situated at a low altitude in Chile’s Coastal Copper Belt, 25 kilometers (km) east of the port of Mejillones and 45 km north of Antofagasta, Marimaca has access to water and power, road and rail networks supplying sulphuric acid and other consumables, as well as deepwater ports. The Marimaca Copper Project comprises a set of concessions (the 1-23 Claims), properties 100% owned and optioned by the Company, combined with the adjacent La Atomica and Atahualpa claims, over which Marimaca Copper has the right to explore and exploit resources. The Company also has an option agreement to acquire the Pampa Medina project (Pampa Medina), which consists of four mining concessions totaling 144 hectares.

RE:RE:This Stock keeps going downThere’s no liquidity in this company. Last week there was a big sell order around $3.30 or so 11K shares. No takers. It looks like they got impatient and sold off today. Which caused a down draft.

I bought a few shares today under 3 bucks.

The share price is going to go up big time next year as long as the government doesn’t screw them up. You have to be patient with this stock. They have the goods in the ground, they have enough money to get them thru most of next year and they have a water permit.

If you want lots of shares and if the government gives them the permit then you’ll have to drive up the price. The other scenario is that they get bought out and it will be way higher than 3 bucks.

As long as you believe the government will give them the permit. Then there is nothing to worry about. If the government screws them then that's a major problem.
