RE:FinancialsClose to 2021 3rd quarter numbers... the silver lining is that China is currently going through their own "Freedom Convoy" moment right now.... but with some violent protests. Looks lke the people have had enough. Watching the FIFA World up in Qatar, many Chinese citizens are realizing that the rest of the world is living free without masks and lockdowns. How long can China's leadership hold out when their citizens in general have had enough? Yet Tenet still continues to grow their client base despite that.... and now the Canadian Hub comes online. First quarter of 2023 we begin selling Tenoris3 products. And we should be getting advertising revenue very quickly as the Canadian Hub comes online and advertisers try to reach out to heads and members of SMEs according to Tenet's Sedar filing.
From Sedar.... a balance of common sense caution and strategy... Canadian, U.S and European hubs should help de-risk some of the China negativity.... but again, Covid lockdowns will continue to hamper us.... depending on how China's citizens react in the coming days and weeks. China 's citizens are running out of patience. They're only human. And something's got to give sooner than later by the looks of it imho.
"The Company will continue to implement its long-term strategic plan for China by investing in technologies and sectors that create synergies among its offerings in the country, positioning Tenet’s revenues to continue to scale as the pandemic eventually ends or becomes endemic in China. While its long-term strategy remains its priority, the Company believes that it has positioned itself to be able to quickly pivot and allocate resources to those industrial sectors that would allow it to quickly scale its revenue in the event that the Chinese economy continues to suffer from the effects of COVID-19 in 2023. For the remainder of fiscal 2022, the Company expects to continue to add technologies, partnerships and services to create greater synergies between its offerings in China and to continue to expand its footprint, both geographically and across industrial sectors, throughout the country. The Company believes it is now in a better position to mitigate the impacts of ongoing lockdowns on its revenue in the fourth quarter. However, Tenet cautions that its third quarter results, coupled with the expected furtherance of the difficult economic conditions in China, will likely cause the Company’s 2022 revenue to come in below the guidance last updated in May 2022." Patience is a virtue,
