BCF reported record revenue (up 20% YoY) and EPS

BCF reported record revenue (up 20% YoY) and EPS BCF reported record revenue (up 20% YoY) and EPS (up 22% YoY) in Q3. On average, revenue and EPS were 4% higher than our estimates, due to higher mortgage outstanding and lending rates.

Loan advancements were up 18% YoY (down 17% in Q2). Net mortgages outstanding increased 0.4% QoQ, and 8.9% YTD, to $31M (the highest in BCF’s history).

BCF has outperformed other MICs, and the TSXV (YTD and YoY).
