RE:RE:RE:BTR Webinar Nov 30 ReplayTannin,
Make no mistake the face of Wexford was on display at this Investor update. I believe the other gentleman was Cesar Gonzalas. A director, that did most of the talking and MAP filling in here and there as neceaasry. As I said before I feel sorry for MAP. He just didn't look like he wanted to be there and participate in this. But thats just me. Draw your own conclusions.
They should have done a better job of getting ahead of the news with this latest company update instead of doing it after a 65% share price drop in the last 2 weeks. The young lady who hosted the update did ask 3 or 4 question but I'm not sure they allowed any by individual investors. It was cheezy in that the questions had to be typed and they didn't do phone call phone calls where they actually had a person to actually talk too. Then they could pick and choose what questions they would answer. I took it as it's Wexford first since they are the largest shareholder and if you don't like it too bad.
Then, at the end you'll get a how great Wexford is speach and how there in it for the "Long Game" blah, blah, blah. Well they have to be in it for the long game now. MAP did comment right at the very end some good news would be coming out in the next couple months. Then again, just about anything right now would be good news.
Not an investment for me. even if it bottoms here. Got better management teams running much better companies and way better deposits out there than this. Wasn't a fan of a Director running the show and the CEO in the background. Too many secrets behind the scenes. There was also a comment I didn't care for and that was Mr. Gonzalas saying something along the lines of Marc Andrea and I were joking around the other day Blah Blah Blah. If the company I was running a company that had lost 95% of it's value in 11 months the last thing I would be doing is joking around. It's like the famous line in the Movie MoneyBall: Is losing fun? Then why you having fun.
Well, thats it for me. Time to take some time away and watch my current profitable investments. Good luck with this everyone.
